Our On-Site repair options take this to another level by offering 2-3 business day repairs, performed on-site. On-Site Repair minimizes your downtime, ensuring your organization or business can leverage 3D printing as cost effectively as possible.

Standard Warranty

Included with every machine is our standard 1-year warranty. This provides depot repair for your machine in the event of a defect or failure, as well as phone and email support.

On-Site Repair

Options range from single on-demand service calls, to yearly full-service contracts and everything in between. We would be happy to customize our on-site support options to your needs.


We offer scheduled maintenance services a la carte or as part of our yearly full-service contracts. Routine maintenance ensures your machine performs optimally for an extended period of time.

Training Services

On-Site training services are a key benefit to Marion Systems. Each of our machines includes one 2 hour session upon delivery, and additional training sessions of varying depth can be purchased.
